You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (530) 622-0662 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original receipt and the RMA number.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
